How do I place an order online?

Visit our Order page and choose your nearest farmers market or Garden Grove restaurant pickup. When a branch is live for public ordering, you will be directed to that active ordering page to browse the menu, customize items, and choose supported pickup or delivery options. If ordering is paused, use the text/call fallback so we can help with current options.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Regular market and restaurant items can usually be ordered during the active pickup or delivery windows for that branch. Meal-prep bundles and customized plans require at least 48 hours so the kitchen can prep them properly. For catering, we recommend 48-72 hours for small groups, and 1 week for events with 50+ people.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery may be available for supported branches and windows. Availability can change by location, market schedule, driver coverage, and item type. If delivery is not shown for your selected branch, choose pickup or contact us before ordering.

Can I pick up my order at a farmers market?

Absolutely! When ordering online, simply select your preferred farmers market from our list of locations. Your order will be ready for pickup during that market's operating hours.

What if I need to cancel my order?

For order cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before preparation begins can typically be accommodated. Catering and large-order refunds depend on timing, food already purchased, and prep already completed, so contact us by phone or email right away.

Is all your food vegan?

Our core menu and meal prep are vegan and plant-based. Any limited vegetarian dairy items offered at farmers markets or on POS channels are labeled clearly as vegetarian and contain dairy.

What makes your food "Blue Zone inspired"?

Blue Zones are regions of the world where people live the longest, healthiest lives. Our recipes are based on the traditional Mediterranean diets of these regions, emphasizing whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and healthy fats—all plant-based and minimally processed.

Do you use soy in your dishes?

No! All our dishes are completely soy-free. We also avoid canola oil, using healthier alternatives like olive oil.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, we offer several gluten-free dishes. Look for the gluten-free label on our menu, or ask our staff for recommendations.

What are sprouted ingredients?

Sprouted grains and legumes are soaked and germinated, which enhances their nutritional value, improves digestibility, and creates a better taste and texture. Sprouting increases vitamin content, makes minerals more bioavailable, and reduces anti-nutrients.

How should I store my food?

Our prepared meals should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 3-5 days. Frozen items can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Always reheat thoroughly before eating.

Do you have allergen information?

Yes! While all our food is vegan, soy-free, and canola oil-free, we do prepare dishes that contain nuts, wheat, and other common allergens. Please check individual product descriptions or contact us if you have specific allergen concerns.

Which days are you at farmers markets?

We're at different markets Tuesday through Sunday, and our Garden Grove restaurant is open daily (Mon 9am-5pm · Tue 12pm-5pm · Wed-Sat 9am-5pm · Sun 3pm-5pm). Use our Markets page to find a location near you.

What if a farmers market is canceled due to weather?

Market cancellations due to weather or other circumstances are rare but can happen. If you have an online order for pickup at a canceled market, we will contact you to arrange an alternative pickup location or issue a full refund.

Can I order ahead for farmers market pickup?

Yes, when online ordering is active for that market. Ordering ahead helps us plan prep and set aside items after the branch confirms the order, but final availability still depends on the market schedule, kitchen prep, and branch inventory.

What size events do you cater?

We cater events of all sizes! Our packages start at 10 people and go up to 50+ people. We've catered corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, family gatherings, and more.

How much does catering cost?

Catering packages run $16-$22 per person depending on the package and menu selections — boxed falafel lunches, the Healthy Office Lunch, the Executive Lunch Buffet, and the Mediterranean Feast. Individual party-size trays (7-8 servings) are also available for $50-$55. Visit our Catering page for full package details and a quote.

Do you provide serving equipment for catered events?

Our standard catering packages include food, serving containers, and utensils. Chafing dishes, warmers, and other serving equipment can be provided for an additional fee. Setup services and serving staff can also be arranged for larger events.

Can you cater events outside of Southern California?

Right now, Vegan Stops is focused on Southern California catering, local pickup, and local delivery availability. For unusual large requests outside the area, contact us first so we can confirm whether it is realistic before anyone places an order.

What are your restaurant hours?

Our Garden Grove restaurant is open Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Holiday hours can vary, so check our Google listing or call before making a special trip.

Do you have dine-in seating?

Vegan Stops is primarily a pickup, takeout, meal-prep, and catering restaurant. For any seating or special visit questions, call ahead before making a trip.

What payment methods do you accept?

At farmers markets, we accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. For online orders, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. Any required processing or service fee will be clearly shown before payment.

Are your prices the same online and at farmers markets?

Core menu prices are intended to stay consistent across online, restaurant, and farmers market channels. Taxes, delivery charges, platform fees, and any clearly disclosed processing or service fee may vary by platform or location and should be shown before payment.
