Can I choose my own meals?+

Yes. You can choose a curated bundle or create your own meal plan by selecting any 2 items per meal. Custom meal plans cost $2.50 more per meal because each plate is built individually.

Are the meals vegan?+

Yes. Vegan Stops meals are plant-based and made with real Mediterranean ingredients.

Are there gluten-free options?+

Yes. We offer a Gluten Free Mediterranean bundle and several naturally gluten-free options.

Is the Lower Carb bundle keto?+

No. It is not a strict keto plan. It is a lower-carb Mediterranean option built without grain-based pilafs.
