2. Online Ordering

2.1 Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

2.2 Order Timing Requirements

  • Regular Menu Items: Available during the active ordering window for the selected restaurant or farmers market location
  • Meal Prep and Customized Bundles: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
  • Catering Orders: Recommended 48-72 hours advance notice; large events (50+ people) require 1 week notice

2.3 Payment

  • Online ordering and payment may be processed securely by our online ordering partner, Innowi, on its platform
  • We accept major credit cards and debit cards
  • Regular online orders may require payment at checkout; meal prep and special orders are charged after timing and availability are confirmed
  • All prices are in USD
  • Any required processing or service fee will be clearly disclosed before payment
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees

3. Pickup & Delivery

3.1 Farmers Market Pickup

  • Pickup orders must be collected during market operating hours
  • Please bring your order confirmation (email or digital)
  • Orders not picked up within market hours may be forfeited without refund
  • Market schedules are subject to change due to weather or other circumstances

3.2 Delivery

  • Delivery availability depends on the selected branch, address, timing, and current delivery coverage
  • Delivery fees and minimums may vary by ordering channel or payment-link confirmation
  • Delivery may be fulfilled by third-party delivery providers where available
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services

3.3 Pickup and Special Orders

  • Pickup is available through the Garden Grove restaurant and participating farmers market hubs
  • Meal prep and custom orders require advance confirmation before preparation
  • Special delivery or large-order requests are not guaranteed until Vegan Stops confirms availability
  • Availability, pickup windows, and delivery coverage may vary by location and order type

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Before preparation begins: Eligible for cancellation or refund review
  • After food has been prepared: Orders may not be refundable because items are made fresh for the selected pickup, delivery, or event window
  • Catering and large orders: Cancellation terms may vary by order size, timing, and preparation status and will be confirmed with the order
  • Missed pickup windows: Orders not collected during the confirmed pickup window may be forfeited without refund

4.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4.3 Order Issues

If you experience any issues with your order (incorrect items, missing items, quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours:

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

5.1 Food Preparation

  • Our core menu is plant-based; any limited vegetarian dairy items are labeled clearly when offered
  • All food is soy-free and canola oil-free
  • We offer gluten-free options (please check product descriptions)
  • Food is prepared in a facility that may process nuts, wheat, and other allergens

5.2 Allergen Disclaimer

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

5.3 Food Handling

Once food is delivered or picked up, proper storage and handling are your responsibility. We are not liable for foodborne illness resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery/pickup.

6. Customer Accounts

Our website does not offer customer accounts. Online ordering is handled by our online ordering partner, Innowi; any account you use to order is governed by Innowi's own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and design, is the property of Vegan Stops and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party services
  • We are not liable for food allergies or adverse reactions (see Food Safety section)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegan Stops, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
